Elyse-Krista Mische

Elyse-Krista Mische is a mixed-media artist who contemplates mortality, memory, and time through both independent and collaborative work. She embraces make-believe and craft processes from her childhood in combination with fine art practices to address individual and collective existential issues. Elyse-Krista hails from St. Cloud, MN and resides in Appleton, WI where in 2011 she earned a B.A. in studio art from Lawrence University.

Wendi Turchan-Martin

Wendi Turchan-Martin is an artist exploring connections between home, landscape and the body. She has an MFA from the University of Oregon and has exhibited work nationally and internationally. In addition to her studio practice, she regularly teaches workshops centered on creativity and experimentation within 2D art practices.

Willow Bayer

January 1, 2021 – March 31, 2021

Willow Bayer is an emerging artist currently based in Appleton. She received her BFA in Painting and Drawing from the Peck School of the Arts, at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee in 2018. During her last year of school, Willow discovered her love for collages. She now creates small paper works and references them for acrylic paintings.

Michelle Sharp

October 1, 2020 – December 31, 2021

Michelle Sharp is an artist and adventurer born and raised in Tarkio, Missouri. Working primarily with photography and bookmaking media, she finds inspiration in the mundane, the acts of sharing and discovery, literature, and structured systems. Michelle received a BFA with honors from the Milwaukee Institute of Art and Design in 2015.

Craig Clifford

July 1, 2020 – September 30, 2020

Craig Clifford received his BFA from California State University Long Beach in 2000 and his MFA from Louisiana State University in 2003. He exhibits his work nationally and internationally and has been included in the 2007 and 2009 World Ceramic Biennial in South Korea as well as, Ceramic Top 40. He is a past artist-in-residence at The Archie Bray Foundation, in Helena Montana and c.r.e.t.a. Rome.

Elyse-Krista Mische

McKenna Kornowski was born in Eau Claire, Wisconsin. She graduated from the University of Wisconsin - Green Bay in 2012 with a bachelor's degree in the Fine Arts. Her art career took off in 2016 when she met her now husband Pete Kornowski and they started inspiring each other to paint.
