Equipment
The Outagamie Waupaca Library System provides design and reproduction services for its member libraries, as well as for system programs, for a nominal fee. We use
- a PC desktop publishing workstation
- laser printer
- scanner
- digital duplicator
- color photocopier/printer
The color copier does beautiful work! If you'd like a few full-color posters (10 cents per page) or another small job, talk to the OWLS Graphic Arts Specialist. And if you have an unlimited budget, talk to us about a big color copier job. It's worth it!
Formats We Can Provide
Common formats of produced materials include:
- one-page flyers
- booklets (5-1/2" x 8-1/2")
- bibliographies
- letter-fold brochures
- bookmarks (four or five to a single 8-1/2" x 11" sheet)
- letterhead
- forms
We can design and reproduce any of these formats for you, or we can take your design and reproduce it if it meets the specifications we need for our digital duplicator.

Who's In Charge?
Bradd Hintz is Graphic Arts Specialist for OWLS.
Bradd will be glad to advise you on paper choices, possible formats, necessary specifications for camera ready copy, photos, and any other questions you may have. He'll also be glad to design from scratch and offer you an opportunity to approve or modify what he comes up with before he prints it. To adapt Greyhound's motto, you can leave the design to us.

Placing Orders
Print and fill out the online Order Form [pdf] to order a print job. Please note that you need to fill out relevant information in the first section only. OWLS will complete the remainder of the form.
Also, if you have a sample of what you're ordering, please send it along with your order. A sample might be a previous printing of the same job, a sample from another library that you'd like to adapt for your own use, or even a rough pencil sketch of what you have in mind. We want to provide you with what you want and need as well as we can.
